Storage Prices

Containerised Storage
Our secure 20ft container storage can be rented on a monthly basis. The associated costs are;
Deposit
A one-off deposit of £50.00 including VAT, is charged at time of booking and will be returned after termination, minus any unpaid fees, cleaning costs, or costs resulting from your breach of our agreement.
Storage Rental Prices
The price to rent our 20ft container storage is;
£330.00 per month
(£82.50 per week)
including VAT
There is a 50% discount for the 1st month,
which is charged at £165.00, including VAT.
Please note: There is a 2 month minimum booking required, after that it’s a rolling monthly contract.
Padlock
You should secure your storage unit with an approved padlock, purchased from us at time of booking. The padlock is a cost of £50 (inc VAT).
We recommend this route, as it ensures that you have the correct padlock for the storage unit. We will also have a spare key, should you lose or misplace yours, so that we can quickly gain access to your storage unit for you.
If you use your own padlock and lose or misplace your key, you will need to arrange for a locksmith to meet you on site to gain access to your storage unit, without causing any damage to the storage unit itself.
Vehicle Parking
You can drive up to your storage unit at any time and park while loading or unloading. However, we do not allow parking on site.
We do have very limited parking on site for commercial vehicles only. This is allocated on a first come first served basis and must be booked directly with our office on 02030 120 120.
This type of vehicle parking is only considered for vehicles such as buses, coaches, trucks and artics and may be withdrawn at any time.
Help with loading or unloading
If you need a hand loading or unloading non palletised items, such as boxes of household items or business inventory, we will be able to provide a member of staff to help you.
To help you load or unload we charge £42 (inc VAT) per man hour.
Late Payment Charges
If payment is late, you must pay:
- An administrative charge (the greater of 10% of our fees or £5).
- A £12 fee for any dishonoured cheque.
- Interest on overdue amounts at 5% above NatWest Bank PLC base rate.
Insurance
NO INSURANCE IS PROVIDED: We do not insure your goods. Storage is at your sole risk.
Your Insurance Obligation: You must insure your goods for their full replacement value against “Normal Perils” (including fire, theft with forcible entry, flood, etc.) for the entire storage period.
